Lisa is a native of San Angelo and started training with Tyler in 2014 at the age of 36 to get active and healthy. While training with Tyler, she fell in love with fitness and discovering what her body was capable of!
Lisa decided to get her CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2019 so she could share her passion for fitness with others. She loves to share her testimony with everyone, especially the older generations and “average joe’s” who think it is too late to get fit!
Since Lisa became active, she ran her first half marathon at the age of 41, recently began running Spartan obstacle course races, and will complete a Spartan Trifecta this year!! Age is literally just a number for this girl.
Dana grew up in Coppell, Tx. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Health, and she currently works at First Financial Bank.
Dana began her fitness journey with Tyler in March of 2016, when her husband went to a class and told her she would love it. Since that day, Dana has fallen in love with fitness and nutrition, received her CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2019, and will complete her Sports Nutrition certification in a few short months.
Dana has also found her competitive edge throughout the last three years. She has competed in many different CrossFit competitions throughout Texas, completed a half marathon, and competed in the 2019 Fittest Games in Austin, which hosted qualified athletes from across the U.S.
Dana loves to encourage our members to try new things, and help them remember where they started and how far they have come! Her favorite movements to perform and coach are anything gymnastics, and she’s always wearing the color pink!
