We offer classes throughout the day with different programming options within each class. These different options, with help from our coaches, lead to the most effective training for each individual. The three programs we offer are "Sport," "Fitness" and "Body Weight." Each of our programs will provide a workout that will get your heart pumping and make you break a sweat. The difference is in the intensity, difficulty level of movements, and weights in each program. Read more about the programs here.
ANYONE can do our classes and that's our goal - someone just looking to get into better shape, the elite athlete, your grandmother, we welcome anyone to join our classes and we will meet them where they are in their fitness journey.

Your first class is FREE. After that single classes are $20 each; however, we offer various levels of membership packages from a limited number of classes per month to unlimited classes for $150 per month. See all of our membership packages here.
