COVID-19 Announcements
Classes will resume at regularly scheduled times starting May 18th!
We are taking extra precautions and following all government suggestions to keep you safe during this time. Expect a few changes around the gym such as:
- wiping down equipment between every class
- limited class sizes
- shorter class times to give people time and space to get in and out thereby limiting interactions between classes
- temperature screening at the door
- continuing to change and adapt with the times to keep everyone safe!

What kind of classes do you offer?
We offer classes throughout the day with different programming options within each class. These different options, with help from our coaches, lead to the most effective training for each individual. The three programs we offer are "Sport," "Fitness" and "Life." Each of our programs will provide a workout that will get your heart pumping and make you break a sweat. The difference is in the intensity, difficulty level of movements, and weights in each program. Read more about the programs here.
Who can do these classes?
ANYONE can do our classes and that's our goal - someone just looking to get into better shape, the elite athlete, your grandmother, we welcome anyone to join our classes and we will meet them where they are in their fitness journey.
When do you have classes?
TBone Active offers classes at the following times:
Monday-Friday
- 5am, 6am, 12 noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (no 6:30 on Fridays)
Saturday
- 10am Team/Community workout
Additional open gym options 7 days a week (ask for details)
Where are you located?
We are located at 2801 W Loop 306
You walk into The Fitness Zone gym and go to the right towards the glass door!
How much does a class cost?
Your first class is FREE. After that single classes are $20 each; however, we offer membership packages starting at 4 classes a month for $68 per month to an unlimited number of classes a month for $150 per month. See all of our membership packages here.
Do I have to join the Fitness Zone gym in addition to my membership for TBone Active?
The short answer is no, you do not have to join the Fitness Zone gym in order to participate in TBone Active classes. However, joining Fitness Zone will give you full access to the gym outside of TBone Active classes and FREE childcare.
What do I need to bring for the workouts?
Water bottle, sweat towel, and a positive attitude. All equipment will be provided.
Can I try just one class?
Absolutely! We would love for you to stop by and try out your first class for FREE.
What can I do with my children while I workout?
Do not worry, the Fitness Zone gym (which we are located inside of) provides childcare for all ages Monday-Friday 5pm-8pm. Come check out the awesome kids center and staff available to Fitness Zone members for $10/month, which also allows you full access to the Fitness Zone gym outside of TBone Active class times.
